Yashica Budde, MA, LMFT Yashica Budde, is a Southern California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), that was inspired when she found the emerging arena of “Rage Rooms”. She had a revolutionary idea to create a healthy outlet where people could go to express themselves without judgment and very few regulations. Smash Rx was built as the perfect environment for people to channel their energy and take out their frustration – without the worry of consequences. She is literally breaking down barriers and misconceptions surrounding mental health with Destruction Therapy.
In addition to our Destruction Therapy services, Smash RX offers Individual, Family and Group Therapy services. If you suffer with states of depression, or feelings of fear, anxiety, or loneliness, or you feel generally dissatisfied with aspects of your life. Our clinical work together can provide hope and a path towards greater peace, insight and healing.
