The owner was rude and hostile. we went for 10 year olds birthday. The owner pointed at birthday boy and said 3x "oh... he is not 10 years old". She said this in an accusatory tone as if we were trying to get away with something. she proceeded to tell us all the reasons why we could not safely do this activity!. All which would have been fine had she not made him cry, upset the other kids in our party. she was not nice, very matter of fact, no sense that she had hurt kids feelings. just ruined a special night. we went to Defy instead.read more
