Yashica Budde, a Southern California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), was inspired when she heard about Jennifer Morales’ revolutionary idea to create a healthy outlet where people could go to express themselves with no judgment. Yashica had an idea: what if a Smash Room existed in Southern California that not only focused on the physical destruction of stress, but destroying it emotionally, too?
